These Terms of Use apply when you access or use TAPZIQ. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TAPZIQ.

TAPZIQ provides daily opinion questions, aggregated results, personal result summaries and temporary friend challenges for entertainment and general information.

TAPZIQ is not a scientific poll, professional assessment or source of medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Results reflect participating responses and may not represent the general population.

No account is required for ordinary play. You are responsible for your device, connection and any activity performed through links you create or share.

Do not misuse TAPZIQ, interfere with its operation, automate or manipulate responses, attempt unauthorised access, bypass limits, introduce malicious code or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Do not enter real names, contact information, offensive content or another person's personal information as a challenge nickname. TAPZIQ may remove content or restrict activity that threatens the service or other visitors.

Daily questions and active friend challenges reset at 00:00 UTC. Challenges are temporary and may become unavailable at the reset or earlier if required for security or maintenance.

TAPZIQ and its licensors retain all rights in the service, branding, design, software and original question content. You may use sharing features for personal, non-commercial participation. These terms do not transfer ownership of TAPZIQ materials.

TAPZIQ may contain clearly labelled advertising, sponsored content or affiliate links. TAPZIQ may receive compensation when you view, click or complete a qualifying action through such content.

Advertisers and external merchants are responsible for their own products, services, prices, availability, terms and privacy practices. Inclusion does not guarantee or endorse a product unless explicitly stated.

Links may lead to third-party websites or services. TAPZIQ does not control their content, availability or practices. Review their terms and privacy information before using them.

TAPZIQ may modify, suspend or discontinue features, question sets or access. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and accurate, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

TAPZIQ is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Aggregated percentages may change as new responses arrive, and technical or statistical errors may occasionally occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAPZIQ — independent beta project is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, TAPZIQ. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
